I have to agree with what Jens Nielsen has stated (via a very recent Weagle posting). I am positive that is R. leptocarpum which is a widespread and very common epiphytic species from E. Himalaya into western Yunnan. I have collected it in Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, and Yunnan and it does not vary to any major degree among any of those far flung populations. As Jens N. stated, the long pendant pedicels are distinctive. Steve
