R. dichroanthum ssp. septentrionale (Neriiflora). Denne subspecies adskilder fra de øvrige ved at
have smallere og mindre blade (ofte omv. ægformede), samt et lysere (hvidligt-beige) indument (Sjælden i kultur) Blomsten rør-klokkeformet, gul og
ofte med et rødligt strejl. Løs blomsterstand med 3-8 blomster. Blomsterstilk ikke med lange kirtelhår.
Vokser i NV-Yunnan og NØ Burma ved 3700-4300 m.
